 Adrienne Baldwin, the visionary founder of On The Path Services, embarked on her remarkable journey over a decade ago, driven by a profound aspiration to establish an innovative school and learning center. This center wouldn't just excel in academic excellence but would also be a crucible for students to explore and shape their future paths. Her credentials are as diverse as they are impressive. Adrienne is not only an educator but also a beacon of personal development, holding certifications as a Life Coach and Personal Trainer.

Her academic journey is marked by a deep commitment to mathematics education. Adrienne is a proud holder of a 6-12 mathematics teaching certificate, enhanced by an endorsement in gifted education. Her teaching journey spans 15 years, during which she has worn many hats - a gifted mathematics teacher for grades 6-12, a paraprofessional educator, a substitute teacher, and a college instructor. Her current role as the lead mathematics instructor at a local college is a testament to her expertise and dedication. Here, she skillfully navigates a variety of teaching formats, from traditional face-to-face classes to innovative hybrid and online courses.

Adrienne's excellence in teaching hasn't gone unnoticed. She was recently honored as both Instructor of the Year at her college and as the State's Instructor of the Year, accolades that speak volumes about her impact in the field of education. Her expertise also extends into the realm of educational consultancy, having worked with a major textbook company to refine and enhance math learning materials.

Her academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University, where she majored in actuarial science, and a Master of Arts in Teaching, with a focus on Mathematics Education, from the same esteemed university.

Beyond her role as an educator, Adrienne has significantly contributed to curriculum development. As a district-wide trainer, she developed the curriculum for the 9th grade mathematics course, diligently analyzing data to enhance student learning outcomes. She then shared her findings and methodologies with other educators, multiplying her impact across the district.

Adrienne's passion for teaching is paralleled by her commitment to student success beyond the classroom. Recognizing the struggles that high school students face in achieving academic and life goals, she has integrated an array of resources into her teaching, many of which students were previously unaware. Sara White combines creativity, compassion, and critical thinking in her approach to education, fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment for her students. With a strong academic background and extensive experience in both research and teaching, Sara is dedicated to helping students achieve their academic goals through personalized and effective instruction.

Sara holds a Master of Science in Quantum Fields and Fundamental Forces from Imperial College London (2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (2016), where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She has also completed graduate coursework in Matrix Theory at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, further solidifying her expertise in mathematics.

Currently, Sara serves as the Dual Achievement Math and Science Instructor at Chattahoochee Technical College. In this role, she provides instruction for high school math and science courses, guiding students towards obtaining their high school diplomas. Sara's dedication to education is evident in her ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and track student progress, ensuring each learner's success.

Sara's teaching journey is diverse, with roles such as Lead Instructor at Mathnasium, where she tutored students from 1st grade through high school, and an Adjunct Professor at Pikes Peak Community College, where she taught algebra-based physics. Her experience also includes tutoring at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she provided math and physics support to her peers.

In addition to her teaching roles, Sara has a robust background in research. She has worked as a Research Analyst III at Dynetics Inc., focusing on EO-IR detection and tracking systems, and as a Research Physicist at the Department of the Army, where she conducted studies on the electromagnetic spectrum. Her research contributions include developing scripts in Python and Matlab for data analysis and calibrating light sources and instruments in photometry and fiber optics.

Her achievements extend beyond the classroom and research lab. Sara has been recognized with several scholarships, including the Sammie and Shirley Cosper Family Endowed Scholarship and the Reginald A. Bollich Endowed Physics Scholarship. She also holds a black belt in American Shotokan Karate, demonstrating her commitment to discipline and excellence in all areas of her life.
